Sharon J. Crann is a REALTOR® with more than 40 years of real estate experience.
Her professional background includes 15 years in senior management, leadership, training, recruiting and mentoring, with extensive experience in real estate operations and administration.
Throughout her management career, Sharon held senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, and was responsible for areas such as training, recruiting, administration, marketing and agent support. Her experience also included leadership of ISA, OSA and Management Assistant departments.
At Century 21, Sharon ran the ISA Department and New Homes Division and managed one of the company's branch offices. Through these leadership roles, she worked with and supported an organization of approximately 1,000 real estate professionals.
Today, she brings that extensive leadership and operational experience directly to the buyers and sellers she represents.
